事业单位档案信息管理过程中存在一些安全问题,如物理环境安全问题。人工操作容易出现技术性错误,会导致电子信息资料被消磁。软件安全问题,软件的安全性存在漏洞,黑客有机会对档案信息进行拷贝和篡改。网络系统故障问题,降低了计算机系统的安全性和稳定性,从而导致事业单位的档案数据信息资料被泄露。针对这些问题提出了提升事业单位档案信息管理安全性的有效方法,如合理设置档案资料的保存环境,对以数字光盘、U盘、移动硬盘为载体进行存储的档案数据信息资料提供干燥、无磁场、无静电的保存环境,以保证档案数据信息资料的存储安全性与永久性。做好软件安全干预工作,引入配置性能良好且运行稳定的安全防护软件或相关程序,避免在运行过程中出现安全隐患。控制事业单位对档案数据信息资料的访问权限,将固定性登录密码管理模式与随机式登录密码管理模式相结合,避免因外来者非法入侵而导致事业单位的档案数据信息资料被泄露。建立高素质的档案管理人才队伍,以保证平台运行的安全性和档案数据信息资料内容的合理性。

There are some security problems in the process of archives information management in public institutions, such as physical environment security problems, manual operation prone to technical errors, which will lead to demagnetization of electronic information materials. Software security problems, software security vulnerabilities, hackers have the opportunity to copy and tamper with file information. The failure of network system reduces the security and stability of computer system, which leads to the leakage of archival data and information in public institutions. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some effective methods to improve the security of archival information management in public institutions, such as setting up a reasonable environment for archival data preservation, providing a dry, non-magnetic and non-static environment for archival data information stored on digital CD, U disk and mobile hard disk as carriers, in order to ensure archival data. It needs to make software security intervention, introduce security protection software or related programs with good configuration performance and stable operation, to avoid potential safety hazards in the process of operation. Control the access rights of public institutions to archival data and information, and combine the fixed login password management mode with the random login password management mode, so as to avoid the leakage of archival data and information caused by illegal invasion by outsiders. Establish a high-quality personnel team of archives management to ensure the security of the platform operation and the rationality of the contents of archives data and information.
