摘要
分析了企业管理中执行力缺失的表象和成因,如企业管理机制、规章制度不完善,企业管理工作缺乏执行力的评价考核体系,员工对企业管理执行力没有正确的认知;提供了提升企业管理执行力的对策和方法,如完善企业管理机制、规章制度体系,建立企业管理执行力的评价考核体系,提高员工对企业管理执行力的认知和感悟。以此为提升企业管理的工作效率,提高企业管理执行力做出了较深入的思考。
This paper analyses the manifestations and causes of the lack of executive power in enterprise management,such as the imperfect management mechanism,rules and regulations,the lack of evaluation and assessment system of executive power in enterprise management,the lack of correct recognition of executive power by employees,and provides countermeasures and methods to improve executive power in enterprise management, such as improving industry management mechanism,rules and regulations system,establishing management execution evaluation system,improving staff’s’ awareness and perception of enterprise management execution,so as to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and enhance the executive power of enterprise management.
