探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)痔上黏膜多平面套扎法治疗混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂的临床效果

Investigation of the Clinical Effect of Automatic Hemorrhoids Ligation (RPH) Supraorbital Mucosa Multiplanar Ligation in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids with Rectal Mucosal Prolapse

目的分析混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂采用自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)痔上黏膜多平面套扎法治疗的临床疗效。方法2016年1月-2018年11月,于该院收治的混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂患者中方便选取172例,随机分为两组,对照组行PPH(痔上黏膜环切术),观察组采用RPH(自动痔疮套扎术)黏膜多平面套扎法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、创面愈合时间、疼痛情况以及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治愈率均为100.00%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.47%,低于对照组的26.74%(χ^2=7.525 0,P<0.05)。结论混合痔伴直肠黏膜脱垂采用RPH痔上黏膜多平面套扎法治疗的临床疗效显著,手术时间短、并发症发生率低、患者疼痛轻,术后恢复快。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of automatic hemorrhoids ligation (RPH) with supraorbital mucosa multi-plane ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with rectal mucosal prolapse. Methods Convenient select from January 2016 to November 2018, 172 patients with mixed hernia with rectal mucosal prolapse in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent PPH (superior sacral circumcision);the observation group RPH (automatic hemorrhoids ligation) mucosa multi-plane ligation was used to compare the treatment effect, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time, wound healing time, pain and complications. Results The cure rate of the two groups was 100.00%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 10.47%, which was lower than that of the control group (26.74%)(χ^2=7.5250, P<0.05). Conclusion The mixed sputum with rectal mucosal prolapse is treated with RPH supraorbital mucosa multi-plane ligation. The clinical effect is short, the operation time is short, the complication rate is low, the patient's pain is light, and the postoperative recovery is fast.
