腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术应用于卵巢囊肿治疗中效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的观察卵巢囊肿治疗中腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术的应用价值。方法方便选取2016年1月-2017年6月入该院接受诊治的卵巢囊肿病例共88例,利用随机数表法进行分组,对研究组44例施以腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,而对照组44例则采取开腹卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗方案。经随访,了解两组术后妊娠的情况,并对各组的术后肛门首次排气时间等指标进行分析比较。结果研究组的术中出血量为(72.08±12.97)m L,比对照组的(127.28±19.16)mL少(t=15.825 4,P<0.05)。研究组的术后肛门首次排气时间、手术用时和住院天数比对照组短(P<0.05)。研究组随访18个月的妊娠率72.73%,比对照组的40.91%高(χ^2=9.077 9,P<0.05)。结论按照腹腔镜手术治疗的流程和标准,对卵巢囊肿病患施以卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,可显著减少手术操作对机体组织造成的损伤,并有助于促进其术后病情的恢复,提高妊娠率,建议临床推广。

Objective To observe the application value of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods Convenient select a total of 88 cases of ovarian cysts admitted to the department from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomized by random number table. Forty-four patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Forty-four patients in the group were treated with open ovarian cystectomy. After follow-up, the postoperative pregnancy status of the two groups was analyzed, and the indexes of postoperative anal exhaust time of each group were analyzed and compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was (72.08±12.97)mL, which was less than that of the control group (127.28±19.16) mL(t=15.825 4, P<0.05). The first time of postoperative anal exhaust, duration of surgery, and length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). The pregnancy rate of the study group was 72.73% after 18 months of follow-up, which was higher than 40.91% of the control group(χ^2=9.077 9, P<0.05). Conclusion According to the procedure and criteria of laparoscopic surgery, ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cysts can significantly reduce the damage caused by surgical operations on the body tissues and help to promote the recovery of postoperative conditions, improve pregnancy rate, it is recommended to promote clinically.
