微创技术治疗复杂型膝关节周围骨折的临床效果及并发症率分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨微创技术治疗复杂型膝关节周围骨折的临床效果及并发症率。方法方便选取2016年1月-2018年12月该院收治的84例复杂型膝关节周围骨折患者,随机分组。对照组选择传统手术,微创技术治疗组选择微创技术。分析手术操作的时间、手术的平均出血总量、术后恢复胃肠道功能的时间、手术之后平均住院的时间;治疗前后患者生活质量中各项不同指标的分值;并发症。结果治疗前两组生活质量中各项不同指标的分值相似(P>0.05);治疗后微创技术治疗组生活质量中各项不同指标的分值(96.89±8.22)分、(95.89±14.16)分、(95.24±3.21)分优于对照组(t=6.393、7.023、6.284,P<0.05)。微创技术治疗组手术操作的时间、手术的平均出血总量、术后恢复胃肠道功能的时间、手术之后平均住院的时间(91.02±2.12)min、(65.02±2.12)mL、(15.01±2.62)h、(6.21±1.27)d优于对照组(113.14±10.24)min、(152.14±10.24)mL、(38.15±3.22)h、(10.62±2.29)d,(t=5.278、5.284、6.392、5.891,P<0.05)。微创技术治疗组并发症3例(7.14)低于对照组10例(23.81),(χ^2=4.805,P<0.05)。结论复杂型膝关节周围骨折患者实施微创技术可获得较好效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect and complication rate of minimally invasive technique in the treatment of complex knee joint fractures. Methods 84 patients with complex knee joint fractures were enrolled from January 2016 to December 2018, and randomly divided into two groups. The control group chose traditional surgery, and the minimally invasive technique treatment group chose minimally invasive techniques. The time of operation, the total amount of bleeding in surgery, the time of postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function, the average length of hospitalization after surgery, and the scores of different indicators in the quality of life of patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The scores of different indicators in the quality of life of the two groups before treatment were similar(P>0.05). The scores of different indicators in the quality of life of the minimally invasive technique treatment group were (96.89±8.22)points,(95.89±14.16)points,(95.24±3.21)points were superior to the control group,(t=6.393, 7.023, 6.284,P<0.05). The time of operation of the minimally invasive technique treatment group, the total amount of surgery, the time of recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery, the average hospitalization time after surgery (91.02±2.12)min,(65.02±2.12)mL,(15.01±2.62)h,(6.21±1.27)d were better than the control group (113.14±10.24)min,(152.14±10.24)mL,(38.15±3.22)h,(10.62±2.29)d,(t=5.278, 5.284, 6.392, 5.891,P<0.05). Minimally invasive technique treatment group complications 3 cases(7.14%) lower than control group 10 cases(23.81%)(χ^2=4.805, P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive techniques for patients with complex knee joint fractures can achieve better results.
