快速康复护理模式在单侧人工膝关节置换术患者围术期护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing Mode in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Unilateral Artificial Knee Joint Replacement

目的分析在单侧人工膝关节置换术患者围术期护理中应用快速康复护理模式的效果。方法方便选择该院2017年2月-2018年11月收治的98例接受单侧人工膝关节置换术治疗的患者,将其中围术期接受常规护理的49例患者视作对照组,将49例在围术期护理中应用快速康复护理模式的患者视作观察组,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术后1、2、3、4、5 d的膝关节屈曲度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3个月膝关节功能评分为(70.26±5.62)分、(75.66±6.38)分,优于对照组(64.78±5.19)分、(49.66±5.97)分(t=5.014 5、20.829 6,P=0.000 0、0.000 0);观察组术后并发症发生率为8.16%,低于对照组术后并发症发生率22.45%(χ^2=3.857 0,P=0.049 5)。结论在单侧人工膝关节置换术患者围术期护理中应用快速康复护理模式能够加快患者术后恢复,提升患者膝关节功能,可用于广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with unilateral artificial knee joint replacement. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent unilateral artificial knee arthroplasty from February 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital were convenient selected and enrolled. Forty-nine patients who underwent routine nursing during the perioperative period were treated as a control group, and 49 patients were treated with the rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing were regarded as the observation group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The knee flexion of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 d after operation(P<0.05). The knee function score of the observation group was (70.26±5.62)points,(75.66±6.38)points at 1 and 3 months after operation, better than the control group (64.78±5.19)points and (49.66±5.97)points(t=5.014 5, 20.829 6, P=0.000 0, 0.000 0). The postoperative complication rate was 8.16%, lower than the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was 22.45%(χ^2=3.857 0, P=0.049 5). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with unilateral artificial knee arthroplasty can accelerate postoperative recovery and improve knee function of patients, which can be widely used.
