延续性护理对肿瘤患者PICC术后并发症的干预效果

Interventional Effect of Continuous Nursing on Postoperative Complications of PICC in Cancer Patients

目的分析对肿瘤PICC置管患者实施延续性护理的效果。方法方便选择该院2017年11月-2018年10月中的100例肿瘤PICC置管患者,按照患者接受护理的不同方式进行分组,观察组50例接受家庭延续性护理,对照组50例接受常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组血栓形成、导管脱出、静脉炎、导管堵塞各类导管相关并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组并发症发生率26.00%(χ^2=4.336 0,P=0.037 3);观察组非计划性拔管率为4.00%,明显低于对照组非计划性拔管率20.00%(χ^2=6.060 6,P=0.013 8);观察组患者对护理开展的满意度为92.00%,明显高于对照组护理满意度76.00%(χ^2=4.761 9,P=0.029 1)。结论对肿瘤PICC置管患者实施延续性护理能够明显减低并发症发生率,减少非计划性拔管,获得患者更高的护理满意度,值得广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on patients with tumor PICC catheterization. Methods One hundred patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were convenient selected according to different methods of patient care. 50 patients in the observation group received family continuity nursing,and 50 patients in the control group received routine nursing, compare the effects of the two groups of care. Results The incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 26.00%(χ^2=4.336 0, P=0.037 3). The unplanned extubation rate was 4%, which was significantly lower than the unplanned extubation rate of the control group by 20.00%(χ^2=6.060 6, P=0.013 8). The satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00%(χ^2=4.761 9, P =0.029 1).Conclusion Continuous care for patients with tumor PICC can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, reduce unplanned extubation, and obtain higher nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of widespread promotion.
