护理干预对髋部骨折患者术后下肢静脉血栓的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Hip Fracture

目的通过对髋部骨折患者实施不同的护理干预,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案的临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2016年6月-2018年6月的老年髋部骨折患者中随机抽取81例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组40例:常规护理,观察组41例:常规护理+综合护理。观察两组护理前后SDS、SAS及Harris评分等。结果观察组干预后SDS评分为(42.23±5.13)分,低于对照组(t=13.247,P<0.05),SAS评分为(43.28±5.18)分,低于对照组(t=11.980,P<0.05);观察组手术后1周Harris评分为(56.79±4.01)分,高于对照组(t=12.056,P<0.05),手术后2周为(75.75±4.97)分,高于对照组(t=16.286,P<0.05),手术后8周为(91.64±4.17)分,高于对照组(t=13.758,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.88%低于对照组17.5%(χ^2=14.528,P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以有效缓解髋部骨折患者不良情绪,髋关节机能恢复良好,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of different nursing interventions in patients with hip fractures and to explore the clinical characteristics of different nursing programs. Methods A total of 81 patients with hip fractures from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group of 40 patients: routine nursing, observation group 41 cases: routine nursing + comprehensive care. The SDS, SAS and Harris scores of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The SDS score of the observation group was (42.23±5.13)points, which was lower than that of the control group (t=13.247, P<0.05), and the SAS score was (43.28±5.18)points, which was lower than the control group (t=11.980, P<0.05). The Harris score of the week was (56.79±4.01)points, which was higher than that of the control group (t=12.056, P<0.05). The second week after surgery was (75.75±4.97)points, which was higher than the control group (t=16.286, P<0.05). Eight weeks after the operation, the score was (91.64±4.17)points higher than that of the control group (t=13.758, P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 4.88% lower than that of the control group 17.5%(χ^2=14.528, P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients with hip fracture, and the hip function can recover well and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
