米索前列醇预防阴道分娩产后出血的应用研究

Study on misoprostol in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery

目的分析米索前列醇预防阴道分娩产后出血的应用效果。方法 130例阴道分娩产妇,随机分为研究组与对照组,各65例。对照组应用缩宫素预防产后出血,研究组在对照组基础上加用米索前列醇预防产后出血。比较两组产妇产后不同时间阴道出血量以及分娩前后血红蛋白水平。结果研究组产妇产后2 h内阴道出血量(271.72±15.66)ml、产后2~24 h阴道出血量(175.46±31.28)ml均少于对照组的(391.25±25.92)、(216.27±48.35)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇分娩前血红蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组产妇分娩后血红蛋白水平(98.00±6.00)g/L高于对照组的(85.00±4.00)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇应用于阴道分娩产后出血的防治中有良好的效果,能够帮助产妇减少阴道出血量,保障产妇安全及产后恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 130 maternal women with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received oxytocin for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, and the research group received misoprostol for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. The amount of vaginal hemorrhage at different time after delivery and the level of hemoglobin before and after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results The research group had lower amount of vaginal hemorrhage in postpartum 2 h as (271.72±15.66) ml and amount of vaginal hemorrhage in postpartum 2-24 h as (175.46±31.28) ml than (391.25±25.92) and (216.27±48.35) ml in the control group of the same period. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in hemoglobin before delivery between the two groups (P>0.05). After delivery, the research group had higher hemoglobin as (98.00±6.00) g/L than (85.00±4.00) g/L in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of misoprostol shows excellent effect in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery. It can help reduce the amount of vaginal hemorrhage and ensure maternal safety and postpartum recovery.
