超声系统诊断胎儿心脏病中心脏三节段诊断法的应用分析

Application analysis of three-segment cardiac diagnosis in ultrasound system for diagnosis of fetal heart disease

目的分析心脏三节段诊断法在超声系统诊断胎儿心脏病中的应用效果。方法 40例先天性心脏病胎儿,随机分为1组和2组,每组20例。1组采用常规超声系统进行诊断, 2组采用心脏三节段诊断法进行诊断,观察并对比两组诊断结果。结果 2组检出率为95%,高于1组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高危胎儿实施心脏三节段诊断法,整体优势明显,先天性心脏病整体确诊几率比较高,能为早期预防和治疗提供依据。

Objective To analyze the application effect of three-segment cardiac diagnosis in ultrasound system for diagnosis of fetal heart disease. Methods A total of 40 fetus with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into group 1 and group 2, with 20 cases in each group. Group 1 received conventional ultrasound system for diagnosis, and group 2 received three-segment cardiac diagnosis. The diagnostic results in two groups was observed and compared. Results Group 2 had higher detection rate as 95% than 70% in group 1, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For high-risk fetuses, three-segment cardiac diagnosis has obvious overall advantages, and the overall diagnosis rate of congenital heart disease is relatively high, which can provide the basis for early prevention and treatment.
