探讨真武汤联合多巴胺与呋塞米治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果

Discussion on clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with dopamine and furosemide in the treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨真武汤联合多巴胺与呋塞米治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 100例顽固性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者给予多巴胺与呋塞米治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合真武汤治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及治疗前后心脏功能指标(心率、舒张压、收缩压、每搏输出量、左室射血分数、每搏指数)。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压、每搏输出量、左室射血分数、每搏指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压均明显低于对照组,左室射血分数、每搏输出量、每搏指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真武汤联合多巴胺与呋塞米治疗顽固性心力衰竭效果明显,有助于改善患者的心脏功能,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zhenwu decoction combined with dopamine and furosemide in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory heart failure as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group randomly, with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with dopamine and furosemide, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Zhenwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect and cardiac function indexes (heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke index) were compared of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, and that was 80.00% in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and their difference is statistically significance (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, stroke volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, and stroke index between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke output, and stroke index were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with dopamine and furosemide is effective in the treatment of refractory heart failure, which is helpful in improving the cardiac function of patients and is worth clinical promotion and application.
