摘要
随着科学技术的发展,医疗设备开始进入到一个数字化、信息化的时代。本设计主要研究出一种能够实现侧翻、曲腿、支背和坐正等四种动作的智能化控制医疗变形床。通过市场调研和社会调查,确定变形医疗床应具有行走功能、升降功能和其他辅助功能,并设计了对应的执行机构。试制的实物样机表明,变形医疗床的各项功能均已实现,其最大行驶速度、前伸速度、支背角度、承载能力等指标均符合国家标准,并符合人机工程学。
With the development of science and technology, medical equipment has entered an era of digitization and informatization. This design mainly studies a kind of intelligent control medical deformation bed that can realize four kinds of actions such as turning, bending leg, supporting back and sitting upright. Through market research and social investigation, it is determined that the deformed medical bed should have walking function, lifting function and other auxiliary functions, and the corresponding execution mechanism is designed. The prototype of the trial production shows that the various functions of the deformed medical bed have been realized, and its maximum speed, forward extension speed, back angle, carrying capacity and other indicators are in accordance with national standards, and in line with ergonomics.
