The development of informatization and the use of service system of hospitals have contributed to a rapid increase of medical data. However, these medical data cannot play its full effects because they are relatively independent and not formed as a data link. In order to maximize the value of these medical data, the clinical data repository is formed through the extraction, transformation, cleaning, loading and analysis of the data. The application of clinical data repository into medical quality monitoring, clinical aid decision-making and scientific research analysis improve the intelligence of hospital management and clinical decision-making in all-round way.
