摘要
本文对Buck型开关电源拓扑结构、调制模式和控制模式的工作原理进行了研究与分析,针对DC-DC转换器的调控模式,提出了一种PWM/PFM自动切换调制下的Buck型DC-DC。同时通过软件MathCAD进行了建模与仿真。该开关电源系统会通过检测电路实时检测电路信号,采取对应的调制模式,从而提高系统的电源转换效率。
In this paper, the working principle of Buck-type switching power supply topology, modulation mode and control mode is studied and analyzed. Aiming at the regulation mode of DC-DC converter, a Buck-type DC-DC with PWM/PFM automatic switching modulation is proposed.. At the same time, modeling and simulation were carried out through the software MathCAD. The switching power supply system detects the circuit signal in real time through the detection circuit and adopts a corresponding modulation mode,thereby improving the power conversion efficiency of the system.
