摘要
依据液压制动系统的结构形式和工作原理,建立卡钳需液量的数学模型,并基于AMESim搭建了仿真模型,通过理论推导、仿真分析和实验验证的方式研究了制动软管长度对制动系统需液量的影响.基于Labview搭建需液量测试台架,通过分析台架试验制动主缸活塞的位移量与管路压力的关系曲线验证仿真模型的可行性,分别对1,1.5,2,2.5m制动软管进行仿真和实验,分析制动软管对需液量的影响.
According to the structural form and working principle of the hydraulic brake system, the mathematical model of caliper fluid demand was established, and the simulation model was built based on AMESim.Through theoretical derivation, simulation analysis and experimental verification, the influence of brake hose length on the fluid demand of brake system was studied. Based on Labview, a fluid demand test bench was built. The feasibility of the simulation model was verified by analyzing the relationship curve between the displacement of the brake master cylinder piston and the pipeline pressure in the bench test. The simulation and experiment of 1,1.5,2,2.5 m brake hose were carried out respectively to analyze the influence of brake hose on the fluid demand.
