摘要
随着人们对农产品中农药残留的日益关注,准确的定量检测对政府加强监管具有举足轻重的作用。《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》(NY/T761—2008)是目前基层实验室风险监测最常用的定量检测方法,该方法准确、高效、简便、易掌握、成本低、便于普及。因此,本文对抽样、样品制备、提取及浓缩等前处理过程的关键控制点进行了分析讨论,以期为NY/T761—2008的广泛应用提供参考。
With people′s increasing concern about pesticide residues in agricultural products,accurate quantitative detection plays an important role in strengthening government supervision."NY/T 761-2008" is the most commonly used method of risk monitoring in junior laboratories for its accurate,efficient,convenient,easy to master,low cost and easy to popularize.Therefore,the key control points of pretreatment were analyzed and discussed in this paper,including sampling,sample preparation,extraction,concentration and other pretreatment.It provids a reference for the wide application of "NY/T 761-2008".
