"Container to Container" transport mode is the main transport mode for Kazakhstan wheat that transit through China and depart from Lianyungang Port.Through the research on the inspection and quarantine supervision of "Container to Container" transport mode,this paper put forward the pertinent inspection and quarantine supervision measures and operational specifications,so as to provide references for relevant staff.
