摘要
电解槽热平衡状态直接影响到电解槽的运行状态和能耗指标,良好的热平衡状态是电解槽获得理想指标的前提和保障。本文对某企业200kA系列节能型铝电解槽热平衡状态进行了详细的分析和诊断,指出了热平衡方面存在的问题,根据问题制定了针对性的改进措施,取得了吨铝直流电耗降低114kWh的良好效果。本研究可以为铝电解槽热平衡分析诊断和节能降耗提供借鉴和参考。
The thermal balance state of electrolyzer directly affects the operation state and energy consumption index of electrolyzer. A good thermal balance state is the premise and guarantee for the electrolyzer to obtain the ideal index. In this paper, the thermal balance state of 200 kA series energy-saving aluminium reduction cells in an enterprise is analyzed and diagnosed in detail. The existing problems in the thermal balance are pointed out. According to the problems, the corresponding improvement measures are formulated, and the good effect of reducing the direct current consumption per ton of aluminium by 114 kWh is achieved. This study can provide reference for the diagnosis of thermal balance of aluminium reduction cell and energy saving and consumption reduction.
