摘要 矿山机电设备在矿山的开采中有着非常重要的作用和地位,但是有关机电安全方面的控制却常常出现问题。如果没有及时发现机电设备存在的安全隐患,当发生故障时会影响矿山作业的进度,更会威胁到工作人员的人身安全。基于这一问题,利用自动化技术设计一套完整的机电安全控制系统,通过与传统安全控制方法进行对比实验,得出自动化技术的应用能够对矿山机电设备进行有效的安全控制,在确保作业人员安全性的同时,增加工程收益。 Mine mechanical and electrical equipment plays a very important role in mining, but there are often problems in the control of mechanical and electrical safety. If the potential safety hazards of mechanical and electrical equipment are not found in time, the failure will affect the benefits of mine engineering, and even threaten the personal safety of staff. Based on this problem, a complete set of electromechanical safety control system is designed by using automation technology. Through experiments with traditional safety control methods, it is concluded that the application of automation technology can effectively control the safety of mine electromechanical equipment, ensure the safety of workers, and increase the benefits of engineering.
