摘要
为了解决板带轧机振动问题,本文采用时域分析法,对轧机工艺各个阶段负载变化情况进行描述,通过解读信号,获取板带轧机振动产生源头。选取静定稳定型轧机结构改善当前板带轧机性能,采用压下规程制定改进方案。
In order to solve the problem of vibration of strip mill, this paper uses time domain analysis method to describe the load change of each stage of rolling mill process. By interpreting the signal, the source of vibration of strip mill is obtained. The static and stable rolling mill structure was selected to improve the performance of the current strip mill, and the improvement scheme was formulated by the pressing procedure.
