摘要 根据甘肃某难选铜锌矿矿石性质特点,确定了优先浮铜再选锌的原则工艺流程。铜浮选作业,采用高效的锌矿物抑制剂T20及对铜矿物选择捕收性能较好的高效捕收剂A11,实现了铜锌的有效分离,获得了较好的选矿技术指标,为该类型铜锌矿石资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。试验最终获得闭路指标为:铜精矿含铜18.04%,铜回收率88.42%,含锌4.95%;锌精矿含锌40.28%,锌回收率69.88%。 According to the ore properties of a copper-zinc mine in Gansu Province, the principle technological process of preferential flotation of copper and zinc is determined. In copper flotation operation, better beneficiation technical indicators were obtained with high-efficiency zinc mineral inhibitor T20 and high-efficiency collector A11, which provided technical basis for the development and utilization of this type of copper and zinc ore resources. The final closed-circuit indicators were: the copper concentrate contains 18.04% copper and 4.95% zinc, and the recovery rate of copper is 88.42%;the zinc concentrate contains 40.28% zinc,and the recovery rate of zinc is 69.88%.
