摘要
随着工业制造业的不断发展,在工业制造之中逐渐开始使用铝合金材料,并且其使用范围越来越广泛,但是其加工技术还需要进一步的控制。在进行铝合金材料加工的过程中,应该注意对于其加工变形的控制。所以,本文在分析铝合金材料加工变形影响因素与特点的基础上,通过先进的加工技术、冷处理技术、热处理技术、合理的装夹方式、合理利用切削刀具,从而对于铝合金硬铝板料变形的处理对于其加工变形控制进行深入的探讨,以便在后续的工序操作中,能够轻松的应对,满足整体的质量要求。
With the continuous development of industrial manufacturing, aluminum alloy materials are gradually used in industrial manufacturing, and its application range is more and more extensive, but its processing technology still needs to be further controlled. In the process of processing aluminum alloy materials, attention should be paid to the control of its processing deformation. So, based on the analysis of aluminum alloy material processing deformation influencing factors and characteristics, on the basis of through the use of advanced processing technology, heat treatment, cold treatment technology,the reasonable way of clamping, reasonable use of cutting tool, and for the processing of hard aluminium material deformation for in-depth discussion on the deformation control of the processing, so that in the subsequent process of operation, can easily deal with, meet the requirements of the quality of the whole.
