摘要 我国土壤金属元素分析的经典方法是使用四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)消解前处理,原子吸收(火焰、石墨炉)分析的方式。近年来,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)因其检出限低、准确度好、精密度高的优点,在土壤金属元素的分析中所发挥的作用越来越大。本文结合实验数据,旨在验证ICP-MS使用新方法分析《全国土壤污染状况详查》土壤中9种金属元素的具体情况。 In China,the traditional method of metalelementtestinginsoil sample is to use four acids(hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid) to solve the pretreatment, and atomic absorption(flame, graphite furnace) analysis of the way. In recent years, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS) has played a more and more significant role in the analysis of soil metal elements because of its advantages of low detection limit, good accuracy and high precision.Based on the experimental data, the purpose of this paper is to verify the specific situation of 9 kinds of metal elements in the soil of "detailed investigation of soil pollution in China" by using the new method of ICP-MS.
