摘要
低压铸造是现在普遍使用的铸造技术。为了达到铝合金轮毂制造的智能管理,探讨了铝合金轮毂低压铸造的成型方法和技术。利用可编程控制器对该铸造智能管理体系进行了设计。对铸造期间的温度、气压等数据开展了实时管理和调整,达到该低压铸造持续制造的智能管理。
Low pressure casting is a casting technology widely used now. In order to achieve intelligent management of aluminum alloy hub manufacturing, the forming method and technology of aluminum alloy hub low pressure casting were discussed. The intelligent casting management system was designed by using programmable controller. Real-time management and adjustment of temperature, air pressure and other data during casting are carried out to achieve intelligent management of continuous manufacturing of the low-pressure casting.
