摘要
本文开发了一套基于LabVIEW的伺服阀测试系统。介绍了一种伺服阀动态性能测试过程中的扫频方法。采用了伺服阀内置的阀芯位置传感器作为反馈信号,运用Lab VIEW软件对伺服阀输入信号和反馈信号进行动态试验,绘制伺服阀的频率响应曲线和阶跃响应曲线。
The servo valve test system based on LabVIEW has been developed. A frequency sweep method in the dynamic performance test of servo valve is introduced. The valve position sensor built in the servo valve is used as the feedback signal. The servo valve input signal and feedback signal are dynamically tested by LabVIEW software,and the frequency response curve and step response curve of the servo valve are drawn.
