摘要
文章介绍了一款以32位微处理器STM32为硬件基础研发的智能温湿度采集仪和上位机数据处理软件。采集仪实现32路通道温度、湿度的并行测量,自动识别传感器的类型。上位机数据处理软件能科学处理实验数据,自动生成记录和证书。本文从硬件原理、程序控制逻辑、上位机数据处理软件三方面叙述了采集仪的技术特点。采集仪严格依据JJF 1101-2003《环境试验设备温度、湿度校准规范》规定实施空间布点、采集、处理数据、生成记录证书,实现环境试验设备的自动化检测。
The paper introduces an intelligent temperature and humidity Itinerant Detecting Instrument based on 32 bit microprocessor STM32 and data processing software of host computer. The acquisition instrument realizes the parallel measurement of temperature and humidity in 32 channels,and automatically identifies the type of sensor. The host computer data processing software can process the experimental data scientifically and generate records and certificates automatically. The paper describes the technical characteristics of the acquisition instrument from three aspects: hardware principle,program control logic and host computer data processing software. According to JJF 1101-2003 " Calibration Specification for the Equipment of the Environmental Testing for Temperature and Humidity",the acquisition instrument implements spatial distribution,data collection,data processing and record certificate generation to realize automatic detection of environmental test equipment.
