卒中后手部水肿治疗方法的研究现状

Research Status of Treatment Methods for Hand Edema after Stroke

卒中后患者手部容易发生水肿,然而,这种疾病背后的机制尚不清楚。本文阐述了治疗水肿对上肢功能恢复的重要性,并介绍了目前正在用于水肿治疗的压迫疗法、电刺激治疗、肢体抬高、运动疗法、按摩、矫形器和激光疗法。最后对水肿治疗进行了展望。

Patients with post-stroke are prone to edema in their hands. However,the mechanism behind this disease is unclear. This article describes the importance of treating edema for upper limb function recovery,and describes compression therapy,electrical stimulation therapy,limb elevation,exercise therapy,massage,orthosis,and laser therapy that are currently being used for edema treatment. Finally,the treatment of edema was prospected.
