摘要
涡流检测常用于铁磁材料的在线检测以及在役检测中,基于磁饱和的钢管磁化涡流检测技术在工业中应用多年并形成了系列标准,如ASTM E309-2016和NB/T 47013-2015等,但对该方法的机理认识仍不完善。本文以磁化涡流检测最新的研究理论出发,建立钢管磁化与涡流检测装置,分析周向槽缺陷周围的电磁特性,同时开展不同励磁强度下钢管涡流检测试验,分析周向短槽缺陷阻抗信号与励磁电流的关系及其机理,最终提出内外壁缺陷的区分方法。
Eddy current testing is often used in on-line or in-service inspection of ferromagnetic materials. Based on the magnetic saturation,eddy current testing technology has been used in industry for many years and formed series of standards such as ASTM E309-2016 and NB/T 47013-2015 et. al. While the mechanism of the technology hasn’t been perfect understood yet. Based on magnetic eddy current testing new research theory,set up steel pipe magnetization and eddy current testing device,the electromagnetic characteristics around the circumferential groove defect analysis,at the same time to carry out the steel pipe eddy current test under different excitation intensity,short analysis of circumferential groove defect impedance signal and field current relationship and mechanism,finally to put forward the distinguish method of internal and external wall defect.
