摘要
电梯层门是乘客日常使用轿式电梯时接触到的首要部件,它是防止乘场侧人员意外进入和跌落井道、保护乘客安全的第一道防线,因此在实际中必须要对其强度制订严格的要求和进行认真的检测验证。本文基于国家标准中有关电梯层门强度的规定和新的修改条文,根据实际检测验证条件和层门发生破坏的特点,对电梯层门强度相关检测验证的实际操作方法和结果进行了分析,为改进电梯门系统设计、正确衡量电梯层门的强度状态和保证必备的强度质量提供了相关依据和可操作方法。
The elevator landing door is the first component that passengers come into contact with when using the car elevator. It is the first line of defense to prevent accidental entry and fall of the passengers on the side of the road and protect passengers. Therefore,in practice,it is necessary to establish strict requirements and carry out serious testing and verification for its strength. Based on the national standards for elevator door strength and new amendments,this paper analyzes the actual operation methods and results of the relevant detection and verification of elevator landing door strength according to the actual inspection and verification conditions and the characteristics of the failure of the landing door. It provides relevant basis and operable method for improving the design of the elevator door system,correctly measuring the strength state of the elevator landing door and ensuring the necessary strength quality.
