摘要
国家计量技术规范JJF1117-2010中的名词术语传递标准的稳定性和传递标准引入的不确定度是两个不同的概念,要区分清楚;完善附录E比对结果的评价与分析的方法;国家技术规范之间相互协调一致。
The stability and uncertainty of the transfer standard introduced by the national technical norm of measurement "JJF1117-2010"are two different concepts,which should be distinguished clearly. The evaluation and analysis method for comparison results of appendix E should be improved. The national technical norms are in harmony with each other.
