摘要
科研院所要发展,人才是第一资源。科研院所要把广大人才的报国情怀、奋斗精神、创造活力激发出来。要完善人才培养机制,改进人才评价机制,健全人才激励机制。本文就科研院所人才工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出解决对策。
With the development of the institutes of science,qualified scientists and technicians are the first resource. The institutes should inspire the feeling of serving the motherland,struggling spirit and creativity of the talent. We must improve the talent training process,improve the talent evaluation process,and improve the talent incentive process. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the talents work of the institutes,and proposes solutions.
