摘要
直流稳压稳流电源是一种采用反馈控制原理输出稳定电压、电流的装置,可为电子负载提供稳定的直流电压和电流。主要由变压、整流、反馈、调整等部分组成。本次评定为直流稳压稳流电源输出电压示值的可靠性,提供测得值直接的可比性,依据JJF1059. 1-2002《测量不确定度的评定与表示》和JJF1597-2016《直流稳定电源校准规范》,分析测量过程中的影响因素,建立测量模型,对直流稳压电源电压示值误差进行测得值的不确定度评定。
Constant voltage and current DC power supply is the device for outputting stable voltage and current by using feedback control principle. It can provide stable DC voltage and current for electronic loads. It is composed of transformation,rectification,feedback,adjustment and other parts. This evaluation is the reliability of the output voltage indication of the constant voltage and current DC power supply,and provides direct comparison of the measurement results. According to JJF1059. 1-2002 " Evaluation and Representation of Measurement Uncertainty" and JJF1597-2016 " calibration specification of DC stabilized power supply",we analyze the influencing factors in the measurement process,establish a measurement model,and evaluate the voltage indication error of constant voltage and current DC power supply.
