Excel表格在高校学报编务统计工作中的应用——以《太原理工大学学报》(社会科学版)为例

学界鲜有对提升编务统计工作效率的方法研究。按照编务统计工作所涉及的对象不同,可分为对信息的统计和对数据的统计。统计信息量巨大、内容繁杂,数据处理繁琐且容易出错,大大制约了编务工作效率的提高。文章以《太原理工大学学报》(社会科学版)为例,在编务统计工作中引入Excel表格,并结合具体的实例介绍了提高编务统计工作效率的方法。

There has been little research on the methods for improving the efficiency of the editorial statistics in academic circles. Bases on the different objects involved in editorial statistics, it can be divided into information statistics and data statistics. Statistical information is huge, its content is complex, data processing is cumbersome and error - prone, which greatly restricts the improvement of editorial efficiency. Taking Journal of Taiyuan University of Technology (Social Sciences Edition) as an example, this paper introduces Excel form in editorial statistics and introduces the methods of improving the efficiency of the editorial statistics with specific examples.
