缩硫脲分子改性聚丙烯腈纤维的制备与性能影响

摘要 将经过筛选后的缩硫脲分子与水解后的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维通过共价偶联进行修饰。对化合物和纤维样品进行结构与性能表征。结果表明:筛选出的缩硫脲分子不仅表现出低毒性,且对酪氨酸酶抑制显著,水解后的PAN纤维表面成功接枝缩硫脲分子,且改性后的PAN纤维仍具有良好的热稳定性和力学性能。该改性方法简单、实用性强,可作为果蔬的存储包装材料,具有抑制果蔬褐变等应用价值。 Hydrolyzed PAN fiber were grafted by the thiosemicarbazone compound after bioactive screening by covalent coupling.The structures and properties of the fiber and biological compound were characterized.The results demonstrated that the selected thiosemicarbazone not only showed low toxicity,but also significantly inhibited tyrosinase.The surface of the hydrolyzed PAN fiber was successfully grafted with a thiosemicarbazone compound and the PAN fiber maintained good thermal stability and mechanical properties after surface graft-modification.The feasible and practical modification method had many potential applications in development of storage and packaging materials for inhibiting browning of fruits and vegetables.
