摘要
通过溶剂热法与溶胶-凝胶法制备出钛酸钡/铁酸镍(BaTiO3/NiFe2O4)二元纳米复合材料,将BaTiO3/NiFe2O4与苯胺进行复合,用过硫酸钾氧化得到钛酸钡/铁酸镍/聚苯胺(BaTiO3/NiFe2O4/PANI)三元纳米复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、高分辨率透射电子显微镜对三元纳米复合材料的组分、形貌与微观结构进行表征。利用矢量网络分析仪对三元纳米复合材料的电磁参数进行测试。实验结果表明,当BaTiO3/NiFe2O4纳米复合材料与PANI的质量比达到1∶1时,制备的三元纳米复合材料样品表现出良好的反射损失特性,在6.7GHz处最小反射损失为-40.3dB,此时材料厚度只有4.5mm,且反射损失低于-10dB的有效频率在5.4~8.4GHz。
BaTiO3/NiFe2O4composite was synthesized by hydrothermal and sol-gel method,which was mixed with aniline and then oxidized by potassium persulfate to obtain BaTiO3/NiFe2O4/PANI tenary composite.The chemical composition,phase structure and morphology were analyzed by XRD,FT-IR and TEM while electromagnetic parameters were investigated by VNA.The results indicated that the mass ratio of PANI to BaTiO3/NiFe2O4 composite reached 1∶1,the sample showed remarkable reflection loss characteristics,where strong reflection loss (-40.3dB at 6.7GHz),wide response bandwidth(5.4~8.4GHz over-10dB),and thin matched thickness(4.5mm) can be achieved.
