摘要
对5种典型有机保温材料的耐火行为及燃烧特性进行研究,并借助锥形量热仪对材料的点燃时间、热释放速率、质量损失速率等性能指标进行相关评价,并分析对比热塑性及热固性材料在燃烧行为中的不同之处,为有机保温材料的性能研究与应用提供基础理论依据,从而得以客观有效地评价不同类型有机保温材料的燃烧特性。
The fire behavior and thermal response of five thermosetting and thermoplastic organic insulation materials were studied.Cone calorimeter was used to test the ignition time,heat release rate,mass loss rate,flue gas yield,CO yield and other indicators.The difference of thermoplastic and thermosetting materials in the combustion behavior and pyrolysis reaction were analysized and compared.provided a theoretical basis for the study and application of organic insulation materials,and an objective and realistic evaluation of the combustion characteristics of organic insulation materials.
