摘要
通过简单滚动法制备得以盐酸环丙沙星和聚丙烯酰胺为核,疏水二氧化硅为壳的壳-核结构液体弹珠,并用于盐酸环丙沙星的缓释。研究了交联剂的用量、缓释介质以及液体弹珠的体积对盐酸环丙沙星缓释性能的影响。结果表明,将液体弹珠置于酸性溶液中,盐酸环丙沙星的释放浓度明显高于水,在0.05mol/L HCl溶液中,过硫酸铵用量为0.06g,交联剂用量为0.05g条件下,制得的体积为20μL的液体弹珠的盐酸环丙沙星的释放率最高达到96.57%,具有较好的药物释放性能。
The ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and polyacrylamide hydrogels system with hydrophobic silica particles core and shell structures were prepared by simply rolling method and used to control sustained-release of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.The effects of the amount of cross linker,the sustained-release medium and the volume of liquid marbles on the sustained-release property of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride was investigated.The results showed that the release concentration of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride of liquid marbles in acidic solution was significantly higher than that in water.Under the conditions of 0.06g ammonium persulfate and 0.05g cross-linking agent in 0.05mol/L HCl solution,the release rate of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride from 20μL liquid marbles was 96.57%,which perform the highest release rate.
