摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性迅速在世界范围内传播,已有耐万古霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌的检出,人们再不合理使用抗菌药物,将达到无药可用的地步。而体内生物膜的形成是导致耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌持续感染的一个重要原因,也使临床抗菌疗效差。更好地认识生物膜,对于提高临床疗效具有十分重要的意义。本文从生物膜的形成及其医学意义、生物膜形成及其调控机制、致病机制、防治等方面进行综述,旨在更好地认识耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜在治疗策略、院感防控的意义。 The resistance of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus rapidly spread around the world, and the S.aureus strains resistant to vancomycin have been detected. People who use antibacterial drugs irrationally may reach the point where there is no drug can be used. The formation of biofilms in the body is an important reason for the continuous infection of methicillin-resistant S.aureus and lead to the poor clinical antibacterid effect, and better understanding of biofilms may have great significance in improving the clinical effect. This paper reviews the formation of biofilm and its medical significance, biofilm formation and its regulatory mechanism, pathogenic mechanism, prevention and treatment so as to better understand the biofilm of methicillin-resistant S.aureus. It is of great significance to put forward treatment strategies and prevent nosocomial infection.
