摘要
以自制的高固含量水性聚氨酯乳液为原料,研究水性生态合成革贝斯的发泡工艺.对比了常用发泡体系的分解温度,选择发泡剂(AC)/尿素=1∶1配合使用.首次将“乳化”技术运用在发泡中,使AC乳化后均匀地分散在水性乳液中.通过微观结构观察,结合力学强度、透气性测试,发现加入0.3%AC时,其综合性能最佳,比表面积约为发泡前的33~34倍,说明发泡后胶膜中的泡孔很多,大大增加了胶膜的总面积,与扫描电镜照片的一致,制备了优异的水性生态合成革发泡贝斯.
Taking waterborne polyurethane emulsion with high solid content as the main material,the foaming process of waterborne ecological synthetic leather base was studied.The decomposition temperature of common foaming agent were compared and the AC/urea=1:I system was selected.The"emulsification"technology was used for the first time,so that AC can be dispersed in aqueous emulsion.Through microscopic structure observation,combined with tensile strength and right-angle tear strength,permeability test,it is found that when adding 0.3%AC,its comprehensive performance is the best.The specific surface area measurement by absorption show that the specific surface area is about 33 to 34 times before foaming,indicating that there are many foaming holes in the resin after foaming,the total area has been greatly increased,which is consistent with the SEM photos.A high quality foam base was prepared.
