摘要 在主动落地的运动状态下,运用动态测量技术以及建立的新的评价指标,对鞋底的减震性能进行定量研究.12名男性受试者分别穿着减震性能不同的3种运动鞋,从20、40、60 cm高度完成主动落地,同步采集分析落地冲击过程中的地面反作用力、足底压力分布.相比具有RUBBER中底的运动鞋鞋底,具有EVA或PHYLON中底的运动鞋鞋底能有效削减冲击过程的冲击力峰值,延长冲击力第1峰值和第2峰值的时间间隔,同时减小足底受到的最大压力和最大压强,增大足底与鞋底的接触面积.相比具有普通中底的运动鞋,穿着较软中底的运动鞋可有效减小足底峰值压强、均值压强、峰值压力,起到优良的减震效果.消散比能定量地反映出鞋底消散其所受的初始冲击力的大小,且消散比的大小和鞋底材料、结构以及下落高度有关,即消散比反映的是具体运动状态下鞋底的减震效果,而不仅仅是鞋底材料的减震效果. Under the active landing state,using the dynamic measurement technology and establishing new evaluation indicators,the cushioning performance of the sole was quantitatively studied.Twelve male subjects were wearing three kinds of shoes with different cushioning performances.The active landing was carried out from 20cm,40cm and 60 cm heights,and the ground reaction force and foot pressure distribution during the landing impact were analyzed synchronously.Compared with the ordinary sole,the soft sole can effectively reduce the peak impact force during the impact process,prolong the time interval between the first peak of the impact force and the second peak of the impact force,reduce the maximum pressure and maximum pressure of the sole,and increase the contact area between the plantar and the sole.Compared with the shoes with ordinary middle sole,the shoes with soft middle sole can effectively reduce the peak pressure,mean pressure and peak pressure of the sole,and have an excellent cushioning effect.The dissipation ratio quantitatively reflects the initial impact force of the shoe sole dissipating the sole,and the size of the dissipation ratio is related to the material,structure and drop height of the sole,that is,the dissipation ratioreflects the cushioning effect of the sole under the specific motion state.Not just the cushioning effect of the sole materials.
