摘要
由于冷轧产品轧制厚度薄,表面质量要求高,因此对冶炼和连铸的工艺要求更为严格。冷轧基料的表面缺陷,特别是孔洞缺陷,严重制约着深冲冷轧基料系列产品产能的提高以及产品自身性能的提升。孔洞缺陷的最根本原因是由于钢水洁净度控制不佳,钢水洁净度控制技术成为深冲冷轧基料生产过程的关键技术之一。为减少夹杂的产生,通过扫描电镜、氧氮分析仪等手段对其BOF-RH-LF-CC全流程钢中夹杂物进行了检验分析,掌握全流程中夹杂物的行为演变规律,优化生产工艺控制技术,减少夹杂物产生。
Due to the thin rolling thickness and high surface quality requirements of cold rolled products, the process requirements for smelting and continuous casting are more stringent. The surface defects of the rold-rolled base material, especially the hole defects, seriously restrict the improvement of the production capacity of the deep-drawn cold-rolled base products and the improvement of the product's own performance. The most fundamental cause of hole defects is due to poor control of molten steel cleanliness, and the cleanliness control technology of molten steel has become one of the key technologies in the production process of deep-drawn cold-rolled base materials. In order to reduce the occurrence of inclusions, the inclusions in BOF-RH-LF-CC full-process steel were tested and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and oxygen-nitrogen analyzer. The behavior evolution of inclusions in the whole process was mastered and the production process was optimized. Control technology to reduce inclusions.
