摘要 采用室温拉伸试验和点蚀试验等方法研究了Cr21Nil4N型高性能奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能及耐蚀性能,并与常用的SUS316L和904L两种奥氏体不锈钢进行了性能对比。研究结果表明,Cr21Nil4N型的室温抗拉强度最大为655MPa,分别比SUS316L和904L的高出约11.39%和8.62%,点蚀和缝隙腐蚀平均速率仅为904L的1/10和1/18,均匀腐蚀速率仅为SUS316L和904L的1/5和1/3,具有较好的室温力学性能和耐蚀性能。 The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Cr21Nil4N austenitic stainless steel were studied by room temperature tensile test and pitting corrosion test. The properties of Cr21Nil4N austenitic stainless steel were compared with SUS316L and 904L austenitic stainless steels. The results show that the maximum room temperature tensile strength of Cr21Nil4N is 655 MPa, which is about 11.39% and 8.62% higher than SUS316L and 904L respectively. The average pitting and crevice corrosion rates are only 1/10 and 1/18 of 904L, and the uniform corrosion rates are only 1/5 and 1/3 of SUS316L and 904L. Cr21Nil4N austenitic stainless steel has good room temperature merhanical properties and corrosion resistance.
