炼焦煤及焦炭热态性能检测过程中几个问题的探讨

摘要 冶金焦炭的热态性能(焦炭反应性及反应后强度)指标对现代高炉冶炼过程有着极大的影响,炼铁和炼焦行业对其重要性的认识及参数指标依赖达到前所未有的高度。文章分析了炼焦煤及其焦炭在检测过程的影响因素,分析认为,炼焦煤冶炼焦炭过程对焦炭热性能的影响主要体现在试验焦炉炉型、温度控制程序、装煤量及装煤密度和熄焦方式等几方面。焦炭热态性能检测中制样是极其关键的一个操作过程,对检测数值的影响十分显著。在其他条件均一致的情况下,纯手工制样焦炭热态性能检测数值稳定性最好,但数值偏高。检测过程对焦炭热性能的影响主要体现在检测试样的块数、炉膛恒温区、控温热电偶、反应气体和标准筛等几方面,在检测分析中应予以足够的关注。 the thermal properties of metallurgical Coke(Coke reactivity and post-reaction strength) have a great influence on the smelting process of modem blast furnace, and the iron and Coke industry's recognition of its importance and dependence on parameter indexes have reached an unprecedented height. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of coking coal and its Coke in the testing process, and concludes that the influence of coking coal smelting Coke on the thermal properties of Coke is mainly reflected in the test coking furnace type, temperature control program, coal loading amount, coal loading density and coking mode. The process of sample preparation in hot state test of Coke is extremely critical, and the influence on the detection value is very significant. Under the condition that other conditions are the same, the thermal properties of pure handmade Coke have the best numerical stability, but the values are high. The influence of the test process on the thermal properties of Coke is mainly reflected in the number of samples tested, the temperature zone of the furnace, the thermocouple control, the reaction gas and the standard sieve, etc.
