摘要
针对目前镀青铜胎圈钢丝市场对产品屈强比控制的个性化需求,对胎圈钢丝生产过程中影响屈强比的因素进行了分析和对比实验,试验表明,原材料和拉拔过程中压缩率对成品屈强比的影响不大,而在镀铜过程中通过调整回火铅温可以改变产品屈强比,回火温度在350.450尤时,屈强比会随着铅温的升高而降低。因此,我们可利用回火铅温来控制成品钢丝屈强比。
In view of the personalized demand of the market for the control of the yield ratio, in this paper, the factors affecting the yield ratio in the production of head steel wire were analyzed and compared. The test shows that using different raw materials has little impact on yield ratio of finished products, neither does the compression ratio during drawing. And in the copper plating process, the yield ratio can be changed by adjusting the tempering lead temperature. The test also shows that when the tempering temperature at 350 ?450 Ti, the yield ratio decreases in accordance with the increase of lead temperature, so the yield ratio can be controlled by tempering lead temperature.
