A族链球菌的表面蛋白与宿主相互作用机制

Interaction mechanism between surface protein and host in group A streptococcus

摘要 A族链球菌(GAS)又称为化脓性链球菌(S.pyogenes),是一种全球范围内的人类致病菌,亦是引起呼吸道感染的常见致病菌。GAS表面蛋白,作为GAS重要组成部分,在GAS致病与诱导机体免疫应答方面发挥着关键作用。现就各类GAS的表面蛋白与宿主相互作用机制作一综述。 Streptococcus A (group A streptococcus, GAS) is also known as Suppurative Streptococcus (S.Pyogenes), a worldwide human pathogen.It is also a common pathogen causing respiratory tract infections.GAS surface protein, as an important part of GAS, plays a key role in GAS pathogenesis and inducing the immune response of the body.Therefore, this paper reviews the interaction mechanism between surface protein and host in GAS.
