对30例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者进行综合护理对其生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of 30 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的:分析对30例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者进行综合护理对其生活质量的影响。方法:将2017年10月至2018年10月济南市第二妇幼保健院收治的60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者与观察组患者分别进行常规护理与综合护理,然后比较两组患者的生活质量评分和对护理工作的满意情况。结果:接受护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分量表中的情感状况评分、睡眠质量评分、社会功能评分和躯体功能评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者对护理工作的总满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者进行综合护理可显著提高其生活质量和对护理工作的满意率。

Objective:The effects of comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of 30 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were analyzed. Methods: Sixty patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jinan from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects. These patients were randomized into a control group (n= 30) and an observation group (n=30). Symptomatic treatment was performed on both groups of patients. On this basis, the patients in the control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and comprehensive nursing, and then the quality of life scores and satisfaction of the nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results: After receiving the nursing, the emotional status score, sleep quality score, social function score and physical function score in the quality of life score scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. The total satisfaction rate of the nursing group in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care for patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work.
