摘要
为了解决无压三产品重介旋流器二段堵塞发现不及时的问题,屯兰矿选煤厂在矸石集料箱内部安装检测装置,采用水银开关接入洗选设备控制回路中,实现检测装置与水银开关联动,通过控制回路实现闭锁。该装置运行稳定可靠,能够及时发现堵塞事故,减少了工人劳动强度,确保了精煤产品质量。
A detection device inside the coal residual collection box is installed in TunLan coal preparation plant, a mercury switch is connected to the control circuit of the washing equipment system. The detecting device is linked with the mercury switch and interlocked by the control circuit.
