钻爆法快速掘进技术优化研究

摘要 阳煤一矿北翼新补胶带运输巷采用钻爆法进行岩石巷道快速掘进,存在效率低下、掘进进度缓慢、大块矸石较多,爆破效果差等问题,通过优化钻孔布置方案、改变施工和出矸方式、调节生产组织等手段,改善了爆破效果,将残眼率降低到10%以下,正规循环时间缩短了206 min,提高每月平均进尺到100 m,比优化前增加60%. The drilling and blasting method for quick heading is adopted in new rock belt-way north wing of No.1 Mine, YangQuan mining Group. Problems exist during engineering such as low efficiency, slow progress, and large number of block gangue with poor blasting effect, etc. Blasting effect improved by drilling borehole rearranged, scheme adjusting, construction methods and gangue discharge way changing, production organization optimization and other means, the comprehensive measures led the rate of deficient boreholes reduced to less than 10%, and the normal circulation period shortened by 206 min, which accordingly increased the average monthly heading by 100 m, 60% higher than before.
