Design of Unloading and Heating Device for Coal Bucket

针对现有储煤仓卸煤斗不防冻的缺点,结合储煤仓卸煤斗结构,加设了卸煤斗加热保温装置,该装置采用伴热带和温控器控制原理,结构简单,投资少,维护方便,使用寿命长。投入使用后,筒仓漏煤斗未再出现结冰堵塞现象。

In view of the shortcomings of the existing coal bucket which is easy to frozen in unloading in winter, combined with the structure of the coal bucket, a coal bucket heating and heat preservation device is installed. The device adopts the control principle of the heating cable and the thermostat, with simple structure, lower investment, easy maintenance and long service life. The implementation of the device and engineering works well, no more blocking and coal freezing is found.
