摘要 为解决某矿采空区埋管抽采技术治理上隅角瓦斯效率低的问题,以某矿3206综放面的采场条件为基础,基于采空区三区划分建立理论模型分析了涌出区瓦斯抽采的必要性。通过现场工业性试验对3206工作面上隅角瓦斯拖管布设参数及合理的托管抽采步距进行研究,并采用Fluent数值模拟进行了验证。结果表明:数值模拟和现场工业性试验结果基本一致,最终确定拖管抽采上隅角瓦斯拖管距离巷道顶板0.2 m,距离回风巷外帮0.6 m,进入采空区深度为15 m时抽采效果最好,能够解决上隅角瓦斯超限,具有较强的实用性。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of gas drainage in upper corner, based on the conditions of a 3206 fully mechanized caving face and the tree stages of gas drainage before and during and after mining, a theoretical model is built to analyze the necessity of gas drainage. The on-site industrial test in the 3206 working face is carried out with several parameters of the laying pipe being determined, Fluent numerical simulation is also conducted foe further verification. It shows that the numerical simulation and the on-site industrial test results are basically the same. It is finally determined that when the laying pipe is 0.2 m away from the roof on the top, 0.6 m away from the return airway opposite rib, and the length of the pipe inside the gob being 15 m, best performance achieved, which can prevent gas content exceeding the limitation in upper corner, the practice provide strong reference.
